Weekly Therapy & CounsellingOpen ended weekly therapy to explore your issues surrounding food and weight management. Therapy is specialised around eating issues, however any emotional problem can be shared. Many clients also suffer from anxiety, stress and depression - these all contribute to eating issues.
Therapy can be open ended, you can start with an initial commitment of 6 sessions. Following that you may feel you have achieved enough or may want to continue for longer term therapy.
Each therapy session is 50 minutes long and is usually arranged for the same time each week.
